I have fed some feeds into Outlook 2007. I've got Blue 2.0 on there and some I like are Gizmodo (though it gets to be a bit much), UK News, Old Farmer's Almanac, and Borowitz report. Vegan Lunchbox used to be a good one but she published in book form and no longer freshens the blog.

This is for a future exercise, but you might try a blog search engine like technorati.com to see if there are any interesting vegan/vegetarian feeds out there.
